hi,

looking for some info, so ive got a wide arched e36. Most of the rally guys out there go for either low offset wheels (which personally dont think fill they the arches well) or go for 'custom' built adjustable arms which cost a fortune. if you dont have the know how of making them, which personally I dont.

ive got the rear end sorted. or atleast I know what options I have.

Now on the front I can fit arms which are off an e46. These arms are about an inch longer. not much but should fill the arches out better than just low offset wheels.

my question is, this will put my camber way off obviously, but id like to know how much adjustability do I need in a top mount i.e if the arms are 1 inch longer, do I need a topmount offset an inch? seems pretty obvious but, i just want to make sure before I make a wrong choice of topmount.

cheers
Sion
