will my engine start with this jetting ?? 40DCOE

    hello,

i have rebuild my 2.1 pinto engine and i will put my engine in the car and start it for the first time, its a 2.1 with injection head with std valves and some work done to it, FR32 cam and 10.25 CR, ive bought 2 40 DCOE webers that came of a pinto and ive have them ultrasonic cleaned and rebuild.
both webers are Tipo: 40DCOE 18 but the number below this differs on the 2, one is N° 4B and the other one is N° 3M, is this a problem ?? otherwise they are the same.

my other question is will my engine start and run with this setup (picture below), i want to start my engine and drive the car to see if everything is ok because i have to take my escort apart again for paint.
my job is car mecanic but ive never worked with webers.

thanks for youre help and advise !

chokes are far to small for max power, but it will start and run,

in fact they will do that with almost any jet setting, we once had a customer drive a car to us and it had NO jets in the carb at all!
