The hand brake cable mount that bolts onto the rear axle, its got a flexable fibre joint and 2 mounting holes?

Mine ripped off when I was fitting a new handbrake cable this afternoon

I made my own.
Halfords (which I believe you are familiar with ) sell the fibre bit as part of an exhaust mounting strip.
Grind off the old rivet heads and cut the strip to size.
Use new rivets to fasten new fibre to bracket.
The top cm or 2 of a 6" nail make good rivets if you can't get proper ones.
That's how mine and Fred's are made.
