well u won't need a gym membership then Al just driving your car is gonna be a work out, thought about a power steering conversion? 10" wheels + a quickrack = heavy steering

i was thinking more along the lines of it wearing quicker, even with power steering theres got to be a lot more stress on the standard rack

Re: best place to buy a quick rack?

Id go for the bronze bushed one if i was buying again, especially with those hooooge wheels
Ive bought one from rally design in the past and that was ok,burtons get theirs from rally design so no point in going to them, cos they add their bit on top

Re: best place to buy a quick rack?

I got one from RACE, second hand though but I know that they sell bronze bushed ones about £180 but dont quote me on the price. Also they are only 15 mins away from me, and I hate waiting for things when I've ordered them
Of all the things I've lost, its my mind I miss the most.

al is it a long or short stem rack? you cant get a built up long stem rack although you can get the new rack and pinion to fit, got one from quaife for mine but couldnt finish fittin it as no one sells the bloody shims!!!!

ive always wondered why quick racks cost more than normal racks, surely they are the same thing but with different gearing
