    vw abf 2.0 road porting

    vw abf, i always thought these heads didnt flow well given 16 valves,

    i wasnt wrong, the flow figures are at 10inch, i think they are all a bit low because the bore adaptor i used was a bit small but the before/after comparison is valid

    this kind of gives me a new respect for this engine, they make 150bhp in std form, same as an xe, but the xe head flows vastly more air, so vw did a really good job on the rest of the engine to match the vauxhall motor power wise





    90% of the work to improve flow is thin the port divider
