Has anyone got an exploded diagram of the rear cozzy calipers they would like to share? I've just bought a seal kit and new pistons and would like a diagram to follow.
Any pointers or tips would also be appreciated.
Thanks,
Carl.

you will need some long nosed thin circlip pliers if you want to overhaul the whole lot, the self adjusting handbrake mechanism is held in by really tricky to get to circlips. to get the pistons out you wind them round using the notches on the piston face, use a tool similar to the one you use to change discs on an angle grinder. usually everything is ok internally but the handbrake actuating mechanism gets gummed up, just pull all the bits out, clean them up, grease them and put back together and they will be fine, wind the piston back in the same way as you took it out, but remember to open a bleed valve or the air cant get out, and you will just wind and wind and the piston just wont go in.
hope this helps
Send me a PM and I can email the Haynes manual which outlines the overhaul of the rear calipers
Regards
Tom
