Could someone give me measurements from front leaf spring bolt hole to front of axle tube on atlas axle on mk2 escort.
went to put propshaft on today but seams to be about 2 inches to long so need to find out why!(propshaft is correct 51") so I'm out somewhere
Anybody get a escort and a tape measure to have a look for me before I go in with big hammer

Tran-x type 9 with 51" propshaft so should be right. I'm on slipper springs which I mocked from single leaf springs so thought axle was in right place but would like to know measurements from front spring hangers to check.Originally Posted by Ianbavs

Where did you get 50" propshaft from
Had it made up £160 I think
