Swapping a mk2 escort xl dash for rs2000

Wondering if anyone has the knowledge to share of how to fit an rs2000 into a 1300xl mk2 shell/wiring harness. I can seem to find any links and would have a clue where to start on the wires being honest. Any help would be appreciated. Cheers
