what is considred to be a suitable set up for rear end suspension, 4 link heavy duty??, watts linkage??, ill only be using for road and maybe the odd sprint

should have added car has rear tubs and turreted and will be fitted with an Atlas axle and coilovers

you've pretty much got 2 choices of 4 link, short and long, personally for that set up id go for a heavy duty wide box long 4 link and a watts
set up.
