common problem yes but when you say it leaks more when you raise rpm, is vehicle stationary? if so, it may be rear main oil seal. is the oil clean or dirty?
stationary mate, as the revs increase, so does the oil flow, it's clean mate!

I had oil leaking out from between engine and box on my daughters 1992 106D and took the gearbox out expecting to replace the rear main oil seal. It turned out to be the main oilway end blanking plug (similar to a sump plug) had worked loose. Tightened it up and all's okay.
thanks 4 the advice m8, it's much needed, also, i'm going to rip my box out, how hard is it to relase the half shfts, as i've done 1 before and it took hours on a 405, any recomendations?

Once you've taken them out of the hub flange, the shafts literally fall out of the gearbox end - they dont even have clips holding them in.
that's a big bonus!!!thanks 4 all the advice everyone, will let you know how it goes!
