    Re: Car cover

It was a few years ago now but I bought one on ebay for about £39 if I recall.

It was grey in colour and fitted quite well. Not sure of the make though

    Re: Car cover

Been looking for one myself as my car gets covered in crap in the garage where the wind blows through the roof putting a load of dirt on the car.

The one I had before was a blue, breathable one that was only about £25 and it was perfect, but places like halfords start from £45 which seems a bit steep just for indoors use.
My old one folded into a little pouch and we'd also sewn 4 ribbons to it to tie it to each wheel to stop it flapping about and ripping.

Argos do a simple one, might go and check it out today, hopefully a medium size one will still cover my arches

    from Argos..

    Protective car cover.

    PVC and non-woven fabric combined.

    Super water/stain/dust resistance.

    Size 5.5 x 3.6m. £24.99

    or..

Maximum protection from sun and moisture.

Complete exterior and interior protection in less than a minute.

    Shower resistant.

Stores away compactly when not in use.

    Re: Car cover

The silver cover from Argos leaves silver dots all over the car, especially hard to remove from the rubber bits e.g. spoiler and window rubbers. It might just need a wash I dont know but I used it twice and that was it.

    Re: Car cover

Well the silver dots will not show on your car anyway.
Only joking the one I got was different.

    Re: Car cover

Bought the cheaper one from argos as the better one was sold out, doesn't look too bad.
It fits perfect, just not sure if it's breathable enough.
