basically you hold cylinder at tdc and stuff cylinder with compressed air.
sticking your ear near exhaust/induction and some crank breather usually the rocker/ cam cover indicates where your loosing the compression. 60 psi is way down though and to make 210bhp with a cylinder that poor is pretty good going, your practically running on 3.
was there no blue smoke considering how bad things were?
