Auto tunnel cut from shell

Big ask but does anyone have a auto tunnel that has been cut from a shell with a large lip so some of the bulkhead and floor around it??

I bought on from expressed steel panels, it was expensive. I see Magnum panels are now supplying and much cheaper.
It had a 1 inch lip around the edge.

Are these automatic tunnels Historic FIA approved MK1 ?
