    Chinese Shell almost done

    Do these weigh the same as original shells looked slightly thinner metal on the strut tops but I could b wrong

    I think you can only think of it as a kit car and value it as such - and you'll usually never get back what you put into it in terms of financials. Personally, i've got a bike with probably £35+k in it which on the open market might fetch £10k - but its a stonking machine!

    The MG or Mini market will give you an idea, does a restored MG or Mini with a heritage shell sell for less?

    Honestly based on the quality of that build i don't think 15k would be out of the question! If it was a real mexico probably add 10k
