    Mk1 wheel alignment

    Guys I have two questions

1: how to adjust the caster in MK1? my left wheel is a little towards the front of the wheel well. I am not sure how to adjust the caster

2: Is there a side for the engine mounts for crossflow 1300 engine (square type mounts) Those mounts looks identical to me but when it is fixed I see the alignment is a bit off.

    Cheers...

On a std Escort the only thing you can adjust is toe-in.
The engine normally is not straight in the middle of the engine bay.

Thanks for the info. So what do you think might happen to make this off alignment? The wheel is not centered in the wheel well.

Other thing about the mounts, are those mounts identical?

You can machine the ARB back and add remove washers to add/subtract caster.

Or the front wing is in the wrong position or something is wrong (bent) in the suspension.
