Re: 4.1 Atlas Crown Wheel and Pinion
When i wanted 1, someone told me that Mk2 Zephyr/Zodiac/consul CWP's fit atlas's, Not sure if this is fact as i got a 4.1 from Yorkshire Rally Spares. Also had a 4.375. Sadly both long gone.

There is an Atlas 4.1 , it's a 4.11111111111111111111 (37/9)
The English 4.1 is a 4.125 (33/8)

And both the 4.1 and 4.3 you wont get cheaply, or easily without a wad of cash...

Re: 4.1 Atlas Crown Wheel and Pinion
Both the 4.1 and 4.375 have always been very rare items as they must have been made in limited numbers. I once bought a Baby Atlas axle that was supposed to be a 4.63 ratio to replace a 4.1 English axle for our Rally car. We got the axle home and removed the diff pan only to find it was a 4.1 cwp. We returned the axle to the seller and got a full refund. Had I known that the 4.1 was to become very sought after I would have have kept it.

Thanks everyone. You can still by them new but they're bloody expensive. It's for my brothers Chevette HS historic rally car. It's been rolling roaded at 262 bhp and 225 torque and with a 4.6 it's a bit under geared

Re: 4.1 Atlas Crown Wheel and Pinion
Have you tried 15 inch wheels to up your gearing? Some friends of mine had a 2.6 Twin cam HSR and they had the same problem, too much torque and wheel spin. I recall they had 15 inch wheels and a 4.3 Jag axle in the end to get better traction.

I know he has sets of 15" wheels but I'm not sure if he can use them in historic class

Re: 4.1 Atlas Crown Wheel and Pinion
My mate that had the 2.6 Chevette said to me that Vauxhall used 15 inch wheels on some of their cars as they had homologated them in GP B, so not a lot of use if you are wanting to go Historic.
