    24v cossie starting problems HELP!!

    got a 24v BOA v6 fitted with emerald ecu

    turns over and over then stops

    or

    turns over and fires one cylinder pos two, but still fails to start.
    with lambda sensor out it flames out of hole but still doesnt start

    want any sugestions simple or complex
    with as much detail as possible and pics or diagrams

    Simple. Flaming out of there suggests to me it is sparking when the exhaust valve is open. Timing wrong.
    Complex. The above might be due to a wasted spark system.

    just checked the loom, 1 out of 6 injector plugs were bolloxed.
    fitted some new ones,
    then only 3 of the 6 injectors were squiting fuel.
    so fitted spare set
    5 out of 6 squirting
    took off plug and clipped back on

    all six working, was 11 by this point so didnt try to start as next door like to moan hahaha

    Mine recently was a non-starter on the Ford ECU and loom. My ECU was full of water and rather green, most of the wiring to the engine was broken, and the timing tensioner blade was in several pieces. Still ran though, just!

    i have fixed the problem now thanks, it was a faulty temp sensor. so it didnt have a reading for cold start procedure

    i have a spare ecu Mr_Lizard if you need one
