Jon, your not wrong, it is huge .. very tall and wide due to the angle of lean .. then you have the box.. its wide too..

need to run out somewhere and find some M10x1.25 bolts before i mount it (who uses 1.25 ) I've got m10x1 and m10x1.5 (standard pitch on most things ) but no 1.25's ... have got an M12 tap though ...

Paul, what exhaust fannymould are you using ??? I've looked at two that are supposed to fit this engine but they wont fit easily by the looks of it .. one for the standard car and one for a kit car.. shame niether car is escort shaped, I'm very against modifiying standard parts .. as it tends to take longer (longer= time= £££'s ) than starting with some bends and some primary lengths ..

    Hi Gary,

Mine is a standard manifold that has been modified to fit. If it helps, I could give you mine for a few days? Also, if it helps, I have a spare standard one that you can have for exerimenting with if you like.....

    Cheers,

    Paul.

As Paul says, stick with the std one as you'll struggle to better the std honda manifold.
According to John Beattie at RED all the aftermarket ones (tony law etc) he has tried have all lost power compared to the std honda one when tested on the dyno

Jon .. i had mentioned to Pig about you allready .. it will need tight radius .. say max 8" outside probably .. looks like 2" OD primeries ..

    Re: the notorious P.I.G's s2000 mk2

I have a standard one, its just that when you take a good manifold and start cutting it about, you change it so it isnt as good as it was .. and normally takes longer to do than starting from scratch ..

measure the Honda's exhaust and replicate it with the same sorta shape and numbers.. just in the right place ..

Not quite sure what you mean regarding the 8" dim you have stated Gary??
    But I've got 75mm, 95mm and 100mm c/l radius on 2" o/d tube.

Just re measured the bay and its 8" from inner wing to engine .. so probably the 100 C/L bends would be best ..

    gives an outside of 100mm plus 2" .. = 6"
