Seriously save yourself some time and aggro and get an engine bay loom from the fiesta i said. It makes for a much neater install and keeps the signal wires that need to be screened from interference screened as they should be Chop the wires you dont need when its still in the car and unplug the ones you need to keep (module, ecu, coil pack and cps sensor plugs) that way it comes out easy as pie then you just unwrap and take out the wires you dont need...theres a bag full
For the tps plug just use crimp connectors and do it that way, thats how my mate did it on his xe chevette on r1 carbs
Also i would say the exhaust is too big, you need a 2" or 2.25" max else you will probably lose power/torque all over. The standard exhaust for an 130 spec 1800 is 2" from memory and yours is essentially that with bike carbs.
Also im not sure if the new ones come with the rev limiter board so just check as you may have to buy it separate like i did..but mine is older and they arent dear! Also on the limiter they are disgustingly raw, my mates chevette regularly spits flames and in tunnels it sounds like someones got a machine gun its that loud heres a vid but its a bit cack, you can just see the fire but the noise is nothing compared to real life!
