Long Stem Rack and pinion rebuild

Hello Guys just in the process of rebuilding a Mk1 Escort with my son. We have sent the struts, cross member etc away to be blasted and powder coated. So the next piece to the puzzle is the rack, it is a long stem one which we are going to strip and rebuild are there any instructions out there on rebuilding them. i have had a look on google and just cant seem to find anything. Any help will be appreciated. thanks
