Fiesta power steering leak.

My lads Fiesta power is leaking.I have changed the seals on the pipes but it's still not cured.I had it over a pit today and I found a leak from a plug at the back of the rack with a hexagon bolt head on it.Is there a seal on that?Is it just an inspection cover?I can't seem to find any info.
Its a 53 petrol.

my guess would be its actually the seal in the neck of the rack where the spindle is thats leaking and its running down and looks like hexagonal plug is leaking, seem a few differnt racks do that, but always it looks like the plug is leaking

It's definitely leaking from the plug Graham.I wiped it all round and watched it for about 10 mins while someone was turning the wheels.Im just not sure what to do with the plug.Do you know if it has an o ring?
