Thought I would share my project it's a mk1 Sierra xr4i I bought it around 10years ago as car need restoring. In around a year it was back on the road a rough around the edges track day car I decided to turbo it and had 300bhp out of the old mfi system. Around 3years on I melted a piston and decided I would fully strip the car and re build it to a better standard.
I had a couple of set backs......
At this point it was time to rebuild the car again due to melted piston and shell starting to show it's ages, I decided to build the car to a better spec a higher standard
At this point I out grew my garage so I rent one for a awhile until I bought a small plot to build a new home for the car!
This has taken a good year out of my time so only recently started back on the car it's close to being finished
Basically where I an up to currently making an engine loom for the dta s80 ecu that I will be running the engine on
Very impressive build, did you buy it stock and modify it to the impressive car above?
very nice car..i have a soft spot for these..my fav car to drive..looks like it will be fun to drive...cheers mark
