Front strut springs noisey.

I've fitted done unrated 5.25" springs to my 2.8 billies, took the car out for a test and the springs can be heard winding up and banging on full lock. The top mounts are stock, do I need roller top mounts to sort this ?

Yes youre much better with roller top mounts, the springs can jump in their seats giving you a funny steering pull, happened to me lots of times until i changed the top mounts.
