Who Are You Insured With?
I finally need to insure my Anglia and thought it would be interesting to find out who you use for insurance on your classic Fords, who is good and who to avoid.
I need a company that will insure modified cars and I'd like agreed value and limited mileage as it is a second car.
Thanks in advance.

Getting ins is easy enough for the right price, it's when it comes to a claim the problems may start. Whether you had agreed value or not ? Will they pay out on that, the question also need to be asking has anybody claimed on their classic car ins and got satisfaction ? Or where the ins companies claims for a great policy all bullshit ? Fortunately I've not had to claim yet on mine but the rate at cars are going missing it may happen to some of us.

I use HAGERTY classic cars only insurance . My modified 1973 ALFA ROMEO 2lt GTAm replica is agreed value £30,000 on 1500 miles a year , European travel , breakdown at £168 fully comp. They are close to Towcester and all classic enthusiast staff .
