    I use none of the above and never have. Joe Gibbs engine assembly grease and the Millers oil competition assembly lubricant is what i use oon every engine i build. Both great products.

    i find the Lucas excellent, by far the stickiest out of all assembly lubes ive used, cant fault it and never had any scuff on a cam or shell bearing after using it.
