Duratec 2.0l on Webers Coil Pack Lead Configuration

Guys been using EFI for several years with Coil over plugs however the latest build is on Webers. The car runs fine on idle but drives shocking. I think the Spark Plug lead configuration is incorrect. I know the Firing Order from Front to Rear is 1.3.4.2

Their appears to be so many different Coils for the DURATEC. I have a Bosch one fitted with the Outlets marked from 1-4. Should I rely on the numbers stamped into the Coil or should I look at something else.?

    Any help much appreciated

Duratec 2.0l on Webers Coil Pack Lead Configuration

If your using wasted spark then 1-4 ,2-3 fire together anyway.
Depending what's driving the coil pack you can wire the 2 coils backwards but in either case if sure that idle would be on 2 or 3 cyl.

If it idles i would be looking more at the carbs. If you take a lead off and idles worse you know that it was ok in the first place.
