    Pistonring. Gap spacing

    Time to fit pistons
    any rules on where to place the piston ring gaps around the pinto piston
    lets call the front of the engine zero degrees ?
    top ring
    second ring
    oil control ring

    no just space the gaps so they are about 120 degrees apart

    Follow manufacturers instructions....but as rings will rotate in use, it really doesnt matter much.
