RS Turbo S1 bad running problem.

I keep getting intermittent running problems on the RS. Its like an old carbed engine when its cold or throwing too much fuel in. Its coughing and stuttering like mad, enough to stall. It comes on all of a sudden too just after the car has started to warm up.

If i rev it up loads it seems to clear it out for a bit, and itll idle ok and rev fine but then when i put load on i.e pulling away it just dies again.

I feel like its blocked injectors or sticking injectors but ive no idea really.

dont know a lot about them but it might be worth checking the spark plugscould be covered in cack
