Ford Xflow conrod bolts. ARP or not?

May i use Lotus Twin cam "Heavy duty" conrod (2737E) bolts instead of ARP bolts.
I know that ARP bolts are about 4 mm. taller and might hit to Xflow oil pickup pipe.
Engine i just build up has stage 3 head and 244 cam, it should have about 130 hp.- 140 hp.
so, which one, heavy duty bolts or ARP + hammer?
What about crank and head? ARP or standard bolts?

back in the day, long before ARP's it was common practice to use stronger twin cam bolts in x/f.

no need whatsoever to uprate main bearing cap bolts. most 140 bhp x/flows use standard head bolts
