    Bubble Flares

    Hi
I am in Phoenix Arizona and was hoping to get an education on Bubble Arches (Flares) which were used on a Mk1 Escort. I am currently building a '67 MGB GT with a Chevy Ls1 V8. I was planning on usinig fiberglass Sebring flares, but would prefer steel. Through a ton of suggestions I have ended up here. Couple of questions:
    • Anyone used bubble flares on a B?
    • Any ideas on sourcing bubble flares and having them sent to the states?
    • How wide are bubble flares?
    Any help is greatly appreciated.
    Thanks,
    Ed

    Re: Bubble Flares

Check out a few post by Gary at Retromotorsport, he has done a few MGB's with escort bubbles I believe.
Also do a seach on this forum as there are a few othe MGB guys building cars. One with a sebring kit.
A number of british suppliers will send them internationally but i have no experience with who, and the standard arches are about 50mm (2 inches)to 75mm wide

Get some photos up of your B
