You will need the rs ( green) track rod ends.
I think but not 100% that your hubs will fit.

Usually see these with the capri vented discs and then spacer the calipers, but you are right it wil need rs track rod ends from memory.

If you want to fit the green TRE's you will need the bolt-on steering arms as well

Re: capri 2.8 bilstein front legs in escort mk2 1600 sport
If you get a pair of complete 2.8i struts (brakes/springs/top mounts/steering arms etc) then all well and good - green TRE on your mk2 rack and away you go. Otherwise consider the following differences between std mk2 struts with cast in steering arms to 2.8i/RS bilsteing struts:
Hubs are different and non-transferable you need the capri ones or escort RS ones (original or alloy ones)
Brakes will fit (M16/P16/Princess or any others)
2.8i struts have bolt on steering arms, same as RS escort ones (not the early escort mk1 ones though as these are different!)
Top mounts are the same
Springs are different diameter - need RS ones
2.8i struts have the spring seat 1" lower than an escort - bear this in mind when choosing your ride height
