Banded steel wheels
My son has set up business on car bodywork fabrication and light steel fabrication. At the moment we are making jigs etc for banding steel wheels.
We have done quite a few lately for road cars and race cars, and we get a few repeat orders. I thought that some people from the forum might be interested in our service. I will put some pics up for you to see for yourselves.

I've got an old tyre balancing machine with a slitting wheel mounted on a sliding base. Cuts them off perfectly. I use the same machine to weld the bands on too.
