    Led indicators and flasher unit

    Mk1 escort.
    Hi guys
I want to replace my indicator bulbs with 360 degree led type.
Will one of the 2 pin adjustable motorbike flasher units on ebay do the trick?
I also have hazards too so does anyone know which one would suit these too.
    Thanks

I replaced my front indicators with led lights, in the end i found it easiest to put a ballast resistor in line to each indicator and leave the rest as standard wiring

And / or wire a filament bulb somewhere inconspicuous to provide require resistance. Flasher unit MUST be designed for LED's and Hazards if resistors aren't added.

is it just the indicators / hazards that this applies to?
What about LED headlights / rear lights etc.

Just the indicators / hazards. The older flasher relays rely on resistance created by bulb filament to heat an internal switch to open and close to cause the flash - other lights are directly powered, they just use less power.
