MK1 back panel "skin" or "complete"

I have noticed you can get the mk1 escort back panel as a skin or complete with the complete one being around twice the price. Is the only difference the centre support where the locking mechanism goes. If so then the skin will do for me as I did cut that part off before I threw away the old backpanel but it was so long ago I cant remember if it had anything else attatched.

Don't buy the skin, i did the same mistake: there is another reinforcement at the top where the boot gasket goes...in my opinion it's not worth removing and preping the reinforcements for the money a conplete one costs compaeed to thr skin ✌
