Can't say a lot more than that really, top day and nice to see everyone there. Sorry my car wasn't ready but at least I still got to see the track from almost every angle thanks to matts nutty pug and some enthusiastic driving by mr pipe
Cheers Trig, and again cheers Matt for the use of the pug, long may it live

Had a scream ragging around the track, was my first time and i'll definately be doing it again. Nice one Trig for making this happen, you did a top job, Cheers.
What a quality day out Loads of hugs and kisses to Trig for sorting it out, your a star mate. its defiantely gotta be a annual thing i reckon. WAY more track time than i expected, and the day flowed nicely.
Was well impressed with Jamies golf, that thing flies around the corners!
i managed to smash my BRAND NEW fibreglass RS500 Splitter to a million pieces somehow, and spin at 80mph on BODYSHOPANDY's major oil spillage into quarry (wanker!) and i actually SHAT myself as me and Nathan were both looking at the barriers getting closer and closer!
All in all, the best day ive had out for a while, and its really got me back into my motors. Great Company, Great mates, Good times
p.s: Denz, did you get any pics of my mashed splitter you recovered?
Fooking top day trig, nice one for sorting it buddy
Nice to meet all the old and new faces, and more importantly cane the living shit out of my gti and have a good old tear up with a few motors i thought would cane me. Also round one of the gti cup was a cracker, jamie was excluded for being too fast (that thing is fast ) what with dan and matt trying to swap paint during matts spinnings Sadly the winner of the gti cup round 1 dan is suffering with his golf, the wishbone bushes are hanging out of it, the 3 week old yokos are peeled to shit, and the cv decided to sieze up on the way home
Proper good laugh, im knackered like i have been at pod all weekend and its still only friday
Ps we need more than 1 a year, 1 a month should do it
Great company & great cars, does'nt get better than that IMO. Thanks for making the effort to organise it Trig
Sorry if I did'nt get chance to say "bye" to anyone but my deadline for leaving was 2pm, and I was still out on the track at ten two and the tent was still up
Unfortunately for me the M6 was closed so had to divert across the M42 & up the M1 which made my 180 mile home journey into a 230mile 5 1/4 hour drive instead.
Car performed faultlessly thru out with the exception of a couple of a dodgy jubilee clamps.
Had a great day, good to meet afew of you lot.
The 205 took a caining off me all day, had afew spins and one FOOKING hairy moment just after the van dumped its oil on the track when i was breaking from 100mph into quarry and had a hell of a tank slapper but recovered it before the tyre wall. Burnt my ignition switch out cueing to get on the track, so quick trip to Merlins sorted that. My new clutch cooked at the end of the day though
Good battles with afew boys though and i even got to take the wifes Megane R26 on the track for a blast
Shame i had to cue for the severn bridge tolls(in the wales side) from bristol for an hour and half on the way home.
Respect to Trig
My mate took aload of pics i'll post them tomorrow
What a day
Trig my hats off to you mate for one of the best days i have had in a long time I cant stress how greatful i am
The gti cup was hilarious all day long and i'm well impressed the pug is still in one piece. Cant quite decide if its a track car or rally car though
Dave, Dan it was a pleasure and once i've shed a bit more weight and replaced my top mount you guys wont see me for dust
again nice one trig for sticking with this mate and well done combe for a very friendly atmosphere
yeh thanks trig great day hope we all do it agian soon
Not wrong mate you planning on going ploughing again
Your right though matt big thanks must go out to coombe for having us and the marshalls for sitting there watching us all cane our motors and probably thinking how out of shape most of us were in some of the corners (especially matt the ballet dancer with the pirrouetting pug!)
Many thanks Trig, For organising one hell of a trackday
Not only that, but for me it was full of what i call proper people, who are all really nice people who are not at all stuck up and willing to help each other through out the day.
Also big thanks to the "HUTCH" for our 9 laps of full on fun with that well set up golf GTI cup car awesome driving fella.
Them big hands had to work hard big fella, Awesome car Rick
Martin Harris in Skyline sounded awesome on full chat!!
And the day went so quick for me, Cooked me brakes so could not make the most of the day from a driving prospective but sill had a wicked day.
As said before we should do this as an annual event
Well done to everyone for making it the superb day out and as like most trackdays sorry for those that had an off of broke there cars..
Big thanks to all until the next one

Big thanks to everybody for making my birthday one I will remember till the day I die.
Had a wicked time car had a good ragging but poped a brake pipe on the axle on the last lap of the day.
New diffs coming next so axle out for a rebuild.
Big thanks go's out to all the staff a combe for a great day and big thanks to MR P.I.G too for all his help
thanks trig was one mental day my engine finally turned over when i got home doesnt sound healthy atall
HAHAHAHA, look at it, WRECKED! bye bye £100
congratulations trig, it was the most friendly trackday i have been to in years anytime again with you lot !!
thanks aswell to the track people who let us do the fast ford photoshoot of my car in the pits over lunchbrake
and there was a little incident i'd like to mention:
my orange escort cosworth decided, all of a sudden, to apply brake pressure to all 4 wheels....reason being a wrc handbrake assembly from compbrake thats obviously faulty.
right after the last bend going along the pits my brakes started to seize...i knew he was there right behind me and all i could do to avoid him smashing in my back was step out on the grass. the brake light, as i know now, is not hydraulicly operated hence no brake lights on that failure and occasion.
he said to me he got scared for a moment and shifted in 1st.
poor lad, i went to appologize later but he was a real gentleman : the gearstick was in my hand, dont worry.
didnt expect that answer, whoever you are m8, respect.
michael
Top man for making it all the way just for my day and top cars to cheers michael
