    retro power rear quarter bumpers

Browsing youtube i stumbled across some pretty cool retro ford video's building up a mk1 escort for a customer,
one of the design ideas showed rear quarter bumpers, has anybody seen this?

I actually think they look good and really like the idea, if the customer decides to go with it i'd be interested to see the outcome.

Re: retro power rear quarter bumpers

Any idea if a rear bumper can be cut and turned into a pair of front quarters?

my current thinking is that if i decide on no rear bumper i can still make use of it converting it into a pair of fronts

(now i have seen rear quarters on an actual car im 50/50 as to whether i like it)
