B.A.R props in Neath, they made me a prop couple years ago purely by measurements,
Try Dave Mac propshafts, Coventry. He will make up and post. Done two for me and both were spot on from my measurements and fitment. Good on price aswell
bailey morris in st neots have done various props for me

Any idea of they can fit the English flange to the carbon prop or will I have to have it done the other way round?
Just give any of the above companies a call and tell them what you want and they should advise the best route to take.
Thanks guys. I'll Give em a call

Reco Prop done a good job for mine.

?? Before they went bust is the probable answer.
To be fair, Reco Prop made my one a few years ago. I wonder if they're trading again as the website is still live.
yea and it takes you straight to Bailey Morris from the online bit. RP were wound up in 2016. https://beta.companieshouse.gov.uk/c...filing-history
You can get a English /atlas flange welded onto the rx8 carbon prob 🤔bit lighter than steel too
Mine was £160 balanced but in kent :-)

I've found a company near Heathrow airport who will put the rx8 spline on the escort prop but won't touch the carbon prop so that's what im going to do. £130+ vat

see post 49 ish i was thinking of going this way before change of plans.
So it seems.
not sure on the current price of rx8 props but they were cheap enough to risk a go when i bought mine. I was think of trying to cut it down carefully a small section at a time without fully removing it then pressing (hitting) back in, then repeat. Otherwise i figured it would be trying to put a cork back in a bottle. still might have a look at doing it for my new configuration.
They are significantly lighter than steel ones.
A carbon prop would be so cool

That's not a bad shout! Could be a bitch to get back in.
Might damage the spline a bit though from cutting sleeve multiple times
that was also my thoughts but i don't have access to a press. The end is chamfered so may go back in ok worth a chance for the cost of props.
this may help a bit more, have a read further down

I’m pretty sure mine was done without removing from carbon shaft
Just metal part cut off with some excess and rewelded keeping glued carbon part cold
Ok so far
Was welded to brand new Cosy diff flange same as atlas flange
