    Heavy duty steering racks

Hi, I'm looking to buy a heavy duty quick steering rack for my Escort. Many companies appear to be advertising them and describe them in exactly the same way. The prices asked vary tremendously. Does anyone know if these racks are all from the same original supplier or is it a case of getting what you pay for. Thanks in advance, Paul.

Good quality H/D racks are made by Kiley Clinton Engineering.

I've seen Rally Design's H/D rack and it does not appear to be the same as the Kiley Clinton one.

Like with most things, you get what you pay for.
Quaife has excellent racks in my opinion.

Thank you Miniliteman. I'm wondering if the racks advertised by RACE, plr, motorsport tools, rally design etc are all the same or they vary in quality. Obviously kit from Gartrac and Quaife etc is going to be of much better quality, though at a price. Hope this makes sense, Paul.
