i got one of them too
my dad use to own a real one when i was a kid but it was black, always watched that film & when he told me he brought one i was excited, then it was in the garage & i was scared lol it now sits in a green house rooting away.
why dont you restore it?
What!!! It must be worth a fortune as well. I would seriously love one of those and have it like the one in the film
I got the model and it's ace. There are loads on Ebay. If possible i would get one from a shop so you can check it over. The way mine has been sealed in the box at the factory with some sort of tape around the chrome and boot/bonnet has left slight marks that i've almost polished out now, but it has slightly marked the corner of one of the bumpers. Not a problem really but if you like them absolutely mint i would take note of this.
The front lights work and they look ace. Really bright. The detail is amazing and it looks really evil sitting in my living room looking at me Love it

The black one is a Plymouth Belvedere the four door version.
Christine is a Fury the two door model, however in the film a number of belvederes are used for some scenes ie when 'she' is on fire etc.
It is one of my fave flicks of all time and watched it time after time as a kid.
the one in the pic is a 2 door, just the rear window was like that as it wound down.the one in the film was a 1958,this one was a 1957.there is a few bits that are diff, the front grill, front badge, bonnet badge, side stripe.rear lights, side windows, front head light, wheel trims.
people still seen it & said look its christine lol. we went to alot of car shows in it & people always walked up to umimg the christine theme songs.
i loved it.wish my dad still had it.
