    Question Crossflow head performance differences

    Hi all,

i am am currently in the process of converting my stock 1600 crossflow to run on unleaded.

I have the the option of also upping the valves to GT spec and wonder if it's worth it. The engine will run a 32/36 DGV and high torque/GT cam but I am not sure if the extra £150 for swapping the valves out is worth it? Any advise or knowledge would be great.

    cheers

GT valves is all you need, the bigger valves (over GT) are in most engine builts not an advantage
