Help. What the performance difference between 1600 x flow head and ground head?

    Hi all.

My head is currently away being inspected for hardened seats and I have the option of upping the valves to GT spec but it will double to cost of the work so I am trying to work out if its worth it.

The engine will probably run a Kent high torque cam and a weber 32/36 DGV. Will the GT valves make much difference?

    Thanks

I of course meant the title to read GT head not ground. I've switched off autocorrect now!

Thanks! I thought I was going mad when I couldn't find that post as I was sure I had posted the question. I couldn't find it through the cp either.
