how can I dtermine the sizes of track tyres as they are measured differently from road tyres........

for example, what would the equivilent of 205/60 x 13 in track/slick tyre size??????

race tyres are sized according to overall diameter ie 205/570/13 is a 205mm wide 570mm tall tyre for a 13 inch wheel. this would be a similar size to a 205/60/13 Sometimes they are stated in inches (possibly 22.2 inches for the before mentioned tyre)
add the diameter of the whel and sidewall heights to get overall diameter of your existing tyre to gauge racing tyre size or, determine racing tyre size by required final drive ratio wanted.
