Help needed on group 4 studs

Can anyone help me out with fitting group 4 studs to alloy hubs. they are all pressed in and good to go, just curious what the torque setting is for the nut on the back side of the hub, and also does the thread get peened over or tack welded to stop nut coming loose?

    Any help greatly appriciated.

The nut that holds the group 4 stud into the hub, the one that is on the back of the hub
