    Testing rear dampers?

My mk2 Escort is turreted on the rear and driving it the other day on a bumpy lane and the rear bounced around,

had a quick look (pushing down on the rear of the car) it compresses and then seam to fire back up and finishes with a bang as it tops out. like its trying to hop.

there bilstine dampers at present, I and out with the car next weekend and thinking if I need some new ones id better get a shift on as I move house on Wednesday,

the seamed ok last time the car was out on a wet drift day but who knows. im gassing they shouldn't fire back up hence there not damping, I have 146lb springs I think on the rear decambered,

can anyone recommend some dampers? gas, avo, bilstine, eat, I was told my fronts are bilstine but don't know what as I've never had the inserts out,

I use it for Trackdays and drifting

grp1 is for genuine mounting setup. grp4 is used on 4 links axle and dampers are vertically mounted

But I've found Grp1 bilstein exist in different rates
