Pinto Cam identification

I just bought a Pinto, and trying to I/D what's in it. It's got a big valve head (44.4/38.1 I think) and is ported.

The cam is marked SP2 on the main shaft (with L and 1 on either side of this) and have some random lettering on the end (looks like d007 / 210 / K6), but doesn't look too clever on the lobes so I may have to replace it anyway. Anyone know what cam that is?

You want to look for markings like this on the end of the cam
