    Re: P100 boa cosworth

i did a 2.9 4x4 P100, swopped all the dash and interior into as well, fitted the whole loom from the Sierra into it swopped the doors over and seats etc etc, it was lovely inside.

didn't quite finish it but i'll do another one one day with a 24 in it.

    Re: P100 boa cosworth

i had an MT75 on my 24v Cortina so i used the starter off that, i'd say if the 2.8 one is hitting the sump you could fit the 2.8's steel sump, you only have to add a couple of pipes to it for the oil drains from the heads, unless anyone else knows a starter that will fit?

Rads are all about the same size. The sierra Dhoc one is ok or the V6. Best one to look for is the ones with the switch for the rad fans, saves having to add another. Also look for the ones with twin fans. Cossie ones can be adapted.

Hey guys , wot sort of air filter are you using on the boa conversion??

iv got a foam filter on it but it sounds like there is a hard grinding noise from the engine but my mate had a listen and says its coming from the pipe beside the air flow meter??

    any ideas?????

Had a cheap eBay cone filter on mine. Yes they do suck a lot if the resinance chamber is not fitted.
