Remanufactured indicator stalks - what are they like?

    Hi all,

    I've been looking at these...

    http://www.burtonpower.com/indicator...k2-ip1010.html

I've had two old original Ford ones where the little white plastic tab has snapped (so indicator self-cancelling no longer works). It seems to be their weak point. Has anyone used one of these new remanufactured ones? Is the quality the same as the original Ford ones?

I got one of the 'dual' lever ones as a replacement for my original that the guy doing my new loom managed to lose! Can't comment on its function as the loom is still in a mess but casing looks fine and the levers have a good feel when switching. For the cost, i'd say they are a reasonable replacement.

Thanks katana. Sounds promising. I think you can tell a lot just from the feel of the switch. If it felt sloppy and cheap, it would drive me mad!
