    Expalin braided hose sizing to me please? Dash 6 ,dash 8 etc..

    How do you know what dash 6 , dash 8 etc all mean? Is there a simple formula for knowing what dash number a certain bore of hose will be , when doing an install with Goodridge or Earls type hose? Thanks.
