Probably a long shot but I bought one yrs ago and only got the car wired up recently. I get absolutely nothing from it. It's wired up correctly and getting power. The adjustable knob makes no difference either. Anyone like to have a stab at what it's likely to be and how can i tell if it's b or c type. The control box was plated but I sprayed it black (just incase that might add to the confusion)

Looks like b type does the ecu click few seconds after ignition switched on ? Mine does it’s power to the unit relay clicking

Nope. It does absolutely nothing!

There's power and earth going to the ecu.
No clicking(relay) and nothing coming out of the big live cable going to the motor.
Any idea what might happen if I was to take a live feed direct to the motor?
