Further to the above, according to my information some Classics and Capri's were fitted with the 4.4 diff as were some 1200 Super Anglias. These models were produced in the very early sixties and not to be confused with the Capri's of the seventies.

The 4.1 ratio was fitted to many models so should be a lot easier to find.

    Hi All,
Please pardon my ignorance, but the pic of the piston in the block intrigues me.
Looks as tho the piston turns below the deck, or is it the case?
If so , how would you still end up with a 10.5 compression ratio?
    thanks,
    Shaun.

Original Ford pistons have a deeper bowl in the piston, these are rather "flat" so even if they are below the deck, compression is higher !

Maybe the pistons are not yet on TDC.

Well, I had another race this weekend on a whole new circuit for me, it was great!
Maybe not the result, as I ended up fourth, but for me as a driver as I'm getting really close to the pack.

Here's the on board footage of the race, and as this is my 6th race in my professional carreer, any feedback would be much appreciated, I'm always open to learn...

    Cheers!
